How many people are going to be photographed during your session?

Please list the names, ages of children and relationships of all people being photographed:

What kind of shots are you envisioning for your session? Just the kids? The whole family interacting? Candid? Posed?

Do you have any concerns about your session?

What are some of the things your child is interested in? What are their favorite toys, and books?

What makes them giggle and smile?

Are there any family inside jokes, games or activities that would be fun to replicate?

Does anyone play any instruments, paint or have any talents they want to make sure is documented?
